Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Onset from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We walk Onset homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Local Onset crews mean your Roof Replacement start date isn't pushed out for weeks.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
Architectural shingles, metal panels, and impact-rated options are all explained in plain terms.
Most Onset Roof Replacement projects combine two or three of these elements, not just one in isolation.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
A proper underlayment system is the difference between a roof that sheds water and one that traps it.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Onset homeowners can match budget to durability.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
A crew lead inspects your Onset roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
Once approved, the crew completes the Roof Replacement to manufacturer spec and provides full warranty documentation.
